might be a useful guide for bplus. first, install wine using your linux distro's package manager first, that is the most convenient option. If you can't, install it manually then when you have wine operational, download and install JB as normal, it will put it somewhere deep in a sub directory in your home folder, depending on configuration. I made a justbasic folder at my own convenience, with some JB classics from the forums inside, and put a shell script there (visible in screenshot) so I can instantly click and run JB. So wine is not a classic emulator. The programs run natively and wine provides the missing windows API layer. Strangely enough, for me, JB seems to run a lot better on wine under linux than on windows 10 on better hardware.
