Hi all, I tried again with LB 5 alpha 351 last night 64 bit version from LB forum, that one does seem to work, yeah!!! 64 bit should mean faster graphics. I am excited because from 32 bit version I saw the editor has tabbed files, finally a decent Basic with tabbed files in editor! Looks like Help not ready yet. I know nothing about LB 5 differences but assume what works in JB should work in LB as LB is giant step up from JB. I started testing some JB programs I had and immediately run into errors with OPEN statements, trying with "FOR graphics_nsb_nf AS #gr" I doubt the OPEN is different but maybe the various window styles aren't ready yet? or is something very different about to happen with OPEN statements? Very eager to learn more about LB 5.

If you haven't been participating in the LB forum, there's a lot more information there.
