StartupDir$ variable

Hi people. I'm playing with the StartupDir$ variable. First of all, this variable ends with a backslash but the help file says it was corrected to not have one, so I supose it will change in the future.

So, I'm writing another help file viewer/scanner, I need to know if from this path, the html folder will always be next to it. In the same path.
