How compatible is Just Basic with QBasic? Can I copy my QBasic files and run then in Just Basic ? Thank in advance.

Nope the graphics and graphics Windows are completely different, along with MainWin that has scrolling but 0 color. The language has some BASIC commonalities though. JB advantage: multiple Windows and arbitrary integers (no limit) and Word$() function, a must see! Just BASIC syntax is a development of Qbasic. There are fundamental differences in how display screens are created but they are quite easy to understand. An evening or two playing with the example programs that ship with Just BASIC will soon have you coding.
Once you are comfortable with the ide and mainwin you can move on to GUI style windows and controls.

That really depends on how advanced your QB code is.
QB has data types (not just "number") has I think records could pass arrays to subs/functions probably runs faster then JB
JB on the other side has full color RGB graphics and some GUI capabilities (limited but pretty easy to use).
