As soon as you run the .bat it will start executing any scripted batch file commands you have written to the .bat
So is the question about how to script batch file commands? If so you need to google dos batch file scripting. It is an old but still powerful language.
Describe what you wish the .bat file to do . Keep in mind it will run separately from Just BASIC.
There are a few .bat file examples to research on this and the Liberty BASIc forum.

JB opens the "CMD" window well But in this window, we have to write "Yes" and do: "Enter". This is where I don't know how to do it.

It is a change in value in the register. Like this (my machine is in french):: " C:\Users\Maguy\Documents>reg add "HKEY_Current_User\Control Panel\Desktop/PaintDesktopVersion/t "REG_DWORD" /d "4" /f La valeur existe. Voulez-vous la remplacer (Oui/Non) ?

WOW! I modified the ".cmd" by adding the: "Yes | RD temp /s" of your link. And it works !!! Now, I still have to do the ".Bas" which will switch alternately two ".cmd" at start -up, with a "state memory" file. Big thank Anatoly tsh73.
