Also according thi this video youtu.be/3TdCV7fn2CAyou have to select "bottle" (actually Windows version) your program will run under. Which bottle you tried? May be there is 32/64 bit difference? |

Tried Win10 bottle through to Win7 bottle, no difference. Think it will change over time. Need to ask Wine Crossover community for advice.

I use jb on wine selecting win7 or win xp.
JB works for me fine.
rarely there will be some problems like if we use dos shell commands in the code we may not see the output as we have expected.
on my system hp p4 with 1GB ram 50GB hard disk windows 7 has become very slow so I use JB with Wine on Linux .
*I did not use API 's dll's I think these may give you problems.

I am using macOS through VirtualBox on Windows 10.
There was a huge delay with keyboard input, so I disabled the key repeater entirely and lowered the responsibility delay. Now everything works without problems.
May be you could change the keyboard settings through "System Settings => Keyboard" too for better experience in Wine.
