I am using the supplied editor with Libberty Basic 4.5.1 but the cursor is a tiny thin vertical line that often disappears on the left screen edge. I have tried the "SETUP" but it all has to do with fonts, no cursor size commands.
Anyway to fix this for my weak eyes ?.

I think it is system-wide setting so it is changed on Windows level Here instructions for Windows 10 mcmw.abilitynet.org.uk/windows-10-cursor-thicknessEDIT
I just tried on Win XP - and only editor this setting makes effect is Notepad. (no LB, JB, Notepad++, SciTE or ConTEXT) Bad luck. EDIT
I just tried on Win 10 - Notepad and Visual Studio 10 (no JB, Notepad++)

Tried windows settings, changed the cursor size for this BB, but not the editor for LB. I'll keep trying later.

You can of course increase the font size and type in the ide perhaps that will help.

? Not for me, Setup Editor font presents a font dialog. Also the aA enlarge reduce icons work for me to. Perhaps an exotic font? I used standard fonts of various descriptions without error.

Well not just my system: justbasiccom.proboards.com/thread/260/error-setting-font-jb-ideAre you sure you are reporting about JB v 2.0 and not a version of LB?

Ahh, memory clicks in, do you actually have a printer installed? I have a vague recollection that if there is no default printer this error pops up but I need to get to my pc and experiment.

What an interesting question. The default printer on my Windows setup is incorrect and I never setup anything with JB. My printer has some Wifi software some where but a pain to get it working so I plug in USB when I want to use the printer. So I did that and selected Print from JB menu made a printer selection and set the printer and printed a page of code. Presto-change-oh! The JB Editor menu: Setup > Editor Font is now working, offering me font options. Good one!
