Probably only with the aid of external program. Google gives several results, but one have to check what will work for him.

Yeah I am thinking LB with API to help routines. They are currently (yesterday and today) discussing this at QB64pe forum.

Casual mentions are quite in order. Always on top has to my knowledge always required an API call but modal might fit the bill depending on what the task is. Given the language difficulty and lack of code it is always a bit of a guessing game with honkytonk.

Carl might pay you a visit for mentioning that, B+ Carl would note that I mentioned LB first and an API call is API call no matter what the source language is. But I like Modal mode better as Rod mentioned (tsh too?), you can do that with JB! Definitely try that first. If Fail goto LB and see if John or Walt or one of those API experts know something... if Fail last resort check Internet including that other forum In Modal you can't do anything else until close that window. BTW marshawn in the attempt to "like" one of your posts I fear I accidently clicked report, my mistake, if that happened. All I know is I clicked something and 'like" did not show up, so I tried again and it did come up.

Given the language difficulty and lack of code it is always a bit of a guessing game with honkytonk. With the "modal", the problem is that the window always opens in the center of the screen. And it's not Alway on top with other soft and windows.

But what exactly you need? If I wanted such program I would want it to make given window on top after start Or make program start my goal program on top Looking on a screenshots, this program winsize2.sourceforge.net/en/Monitors open windows and put configured ones to given positions, Always on top checkmark included.

I visited your second link, there is no download I know "Win Size2" I think my friend is going to be able to get by with the native features of Windows 10 (or 11). In fact, I did that and the goal is for the post it to be "Alway on top". Link--->: libertybasic.fr/forum/topic-652+post-it.php

Problem poorly described. Still not sure why modal will not suffice. This holds program and Windows attention till input is complete.
